commerce from Gisou? We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Experience Intern
(m /f) for our office in Almere in the Netherlands.
With more than 5 million followers, Negin Mirsalehi is one of the largest online influencers
worldwide. She inspires her followers with unique and creative content on a daily basis in
which she shares her passion for fashion, beauty and lifestyle via Instagram and YouTube.
In November 2015 Negin launched her own haircare line called Gisou, a luxurious hair care
line rich in natural ingredients from the Mirsalehi bee-garden. Gisou is currently sold in
most parts of Europe and North America via gisou.com.
● You ensure that customer expectations are surpassed, leading to loyal and super
satisfied customers of Gisou. You do this by answering customer questions daily
through various channels in a creative way.
● You have the responsibility for the entire Customer Care and represent Gisou via e-
mail, web-care and Instagram.
● You discover the wishes and needs of the customer and with these insights you
translate to the improvement of the Customer / User Experience.
● You provide support to the Operations & Logistics manager in the logistics
operations, tracking and sharing trends and digital market developments in the area
of Customer Experience and maintaining the Gisou web shop.
● You offer support for the launch of new Gisou products. You work together with
various teams within our company.
● Support with Office Management with other tasks and activities, such as organizing
● You are a University / HBO student in the direction of Business / Management /
Marketing / Communication, and you are looking for an internship for at least 6
● You want to continuously exceed customer expectations and you are super creative
in finding solutions for every customer problem.
● You are result-oriented, responsible, full of positive energy and you take the initiative
to roll out new projects.
● You have a passion for optimizing the customer experience and you are an
ambassador for Gisou's Customer Experience ideas.
● You have a passion for online and beauty.
● You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strive for quality and
success, and you enjoy doing research.
● You are able to translate strategy and customer insights into practical improvement
● You are proactive, communicatively strong and able to get and convince others.
● You live in the Netherlands and speak/write fluent Dutch and English
Fulltime, for a period of 6 months. Work-internship or Thesis-
internship. Number of days per week and duration of the internship are negotiable.
